Dear Hans,
The service you provided was excellent, quick, efficient and without disruption, we are absolutely delighted with our new heaters, having been through the coldest months of the year, the whole house felt so comfortable, heat which can be controlled so simply, unlike other systems. As you are aware we looked into many, many types of heating before choosing you and we couldn't be happier with our choice. On your advice the heaters are placed for best results which means no extra gas or electric fires are needed, there is just a feeling of comfortable heat which is never overpowering. Added to this, its difficult to say exactly how much, but we have saved AT LEAST £200.00 on our heating bill. We wish you continued success with your company.

Dear Hans,
We've just had our electricity bill for the first full 15 week period from October to January using your heating and we have saved money ...the house is always warm... the total electricity bill was £224.60, for the same period we would have spent £245 just on solid fuel. If you take out our normal electricity usage of say, £50 then our heating bill was just £174 for our all round warmth and this included having the immersion heater on at all times.

On asking Hans Ebert to come to our house and talk about their heating, I thought they would send a typical sales rep to reel off all the things they had been taught to say. Alas I was wrong! Hans in describing the heating made it really interesting and proved that the product was far superior to anything yet on our market. I said at the time that I had learned more in his visit about calculating heat and understanding heat loss and the kilowatts needed to heat a room than all of the lectures I attended during my studies.

Dear Hans,
Our conservatory is very big but always nice and warm. Your heating holds the conservatory at a comfortable level, yet amazingly the heating, when we look at it, is off more than it is on, just topping up now and then. They are so efficient, we even left them on 24 hours a day over the Christmas and New Year period, right up until February 20th when we finally decided to use the timers. We are recommending you to our friends. Excellent.

Since the heaters were plugged in we have not needed a fire neither have we been cold, the apartment is always nice and warm... we used to suffer with cold feet... but the heaters arrived just in time for the really cold snap... we would have no hesitation in recommending your company. We have found the heaters to be much better than our previous storage heaters and now we don't ever have to plan our heating in advance, as we did with Economy 7, yours simply looks after itself.. I am sorry I have not written to you before to let you know how the heating is working...... However on some of the colder nights and days I have used the heating without any other form of heating in the main living room...... Over three months using four heaters alongside my wood burner which has meant I am not getting up to a cold house or coming into a cold room when I have been out for a long period, I shall have used approximately £30 extra in electricity.

The service you provided was excellent, Robert was very helpful in setting up and explaining the workings of the heater etc and does his job very well. I am so delighted with the heater which if left on during the coldest nights, warms my large lounge and through to the kitchen, ensuring a comfortable heat to come down to the following morning (luxury). Also the heat is so controllable.
I saw the test myself with regards to the five minutes electricity, remarkably keeping its heat up to 100 minutes approx, truly amazing and have since tested the heater myself. I shall certainly order another in the future.

The following THREE letters are from customers who initially had one or two heaters from a company with heating they thought was presented to them as "similar" to ours. Dear Hans,
To whom it may concern. We recently moved into a house in the Yorkshire Dales where there is no gas supply and it gets very cold in the winter. The house had oil central heating. We found this noisy, dirty and very expensive. We investigated heating with electricity and after a search on the internet had a demonstration and quotation from "SIMILAR Company". The heating was efficient but expensive to buy initially.
After a further trawl on the internet we came across your Heating who provide similar heaters from Germany. When we had a quotation from you it was considerably lower i.e. saving us £2000 or 33% of the price. You also provided us with a better service i.e. not only deliver, but install the radiators, which is very useful for us as pensioners. You provided thermostats and time switches on each radiator, which is a further saving. And provided us with very useful advice. All in all we are very happy with the service you provided and would be happy to be contacted by potential buyers.

Just a line to let you know how pleased I am with the performance of the radiators I bought from you. They lived up to your promises, the house is warm and the running cost is less than I would have been spending on coal at this time of year without the hassle and dirt of a coal fire. Re: Demonstration of Heating
My husband and myself requested a home demonstration of a heater which we thought may be suitable for our needs. During this demonstration the cold heating component was plugged in to the electricity supply for five minutes. We both timed this for accuracy.
We were surprised that we were unable to touch the component after the first half hour or even after one hour had elapsed. After one hour and thirty minutes it was only just possible to touch briefly but still too hot to hold for any length of time. we found this amazing and on the strength of this demonstration and because the amount of electricity used was so little we promptly ordered a heater which we are sure will meet our needs.

Note: The amount of time this demonstration lasts depends to a degree on the ambient room temperature, it is unusual for it to remain so hot for a full one hour and thirty minutes, however if the ambient room temperature is high, the longer the charge could last.

Dear Hans,
Having purchased some heaters from you I thought I would drop you a line to say how pleased I am with them. When I decided to buy electric heaters I first asked another company (name of company taken out) to give me a quote... I then saw your advert and asked you for a quote.
You came and did the survey and I thought you was very professional and everything in the brochure you sent me before your visit has proved to be correct - the five minute test and the time the heaters draw power once up to room temperature.
I tested the heaters over a three hour period and once up to room temperature the heaters only used power for a total of 51 minutes.
