HAVE YOU SEEN THIS HEATING BEFORE?
Occasionally
people ask us if our heating is the same as some other product
they have seen. Good question! Just as there are similar cars around, it's the design that makes the difference, a well designed vehicle will surely give better performance and economy in the long-run. Equally, there may be heating around that "on the face of it" looks similar. HOWEVER, the construction of ours is different to ANY other heating we have seen, hence the overall performance, the heat core and the dramatic surface area for heat distribution will also be different.
Many of these similar type heaters are industrially manufactured and sold by sales people pulled from other industries, their heaters are produced en MASS as stock items, their heat tiles too are not produced in the same way as ours. Ours are individually hand finished and tested at each stage by a family business established since 1946 with whom we have close ties.
In UK heaters are supplied to us, for you, our customers - direct from the family at a price lower than many are paying - even in Germany!
Is our heating similar to other heating?
Yes, its a heater!
Is it the same?
Definitely NOT!
Therefore, the distinctive hand built quality and performance of our heating will be different to any other heating that on the face of it may at first glance "appear similar". We are the UK source for this heating, including Ireland and the Channel Islands.
Heating our home or office
is one of the most important decisions we ever make, so much
so, that when we buy a house it’s one of the first things
we want to know about, it can even be the deciding factor
on whether we buy the house or not.
Quite right too! A home
heated incorrectly is not going to be cosy and it certainly
won’t be economical. The conservatory is a prime example,
if it isn’t heated properly it will be too cold or cost

How
come we haven’t heard of this heating before?
That’s a really good
point and one that many people have asked. This heating is
NOT new! Its just new in UK! For some reason NOBODY ever considered
bringing it to UK. Perhaps they just didn’t know of
its existence!
We really can’t answer
why nobody ever thought of introducing it into the UK- BUT
WE HAVE and with the spiralling costs of
fuel, NOW is the perfect time!
If
this is just simple plug in heating, how much is the smallest
one?
Quite right! Our heating
does simply plug in to install but this is NO ordinary heating!

of plumbers or electricians trundling around your home, with

even if its “only a small one” your heating costs
could go UP through the roof – It pays to get it right

What
about if the cost of fuel should go down, we won’t
need your heating then...
Good point!
Irrespective of whether the cost of fuel, gas, oil or electricity
goes up or drops to an all time low, the efficiency of our
heaters remains the same.
What does that mean to you?
Well
for instance if the cost of fuel goes down and the efficiency
of the heating stays the same then you have the potential
for savings on running costs, over and above what you had
before.
If the cost of fuel should go up dramatically, and
the efficiency remains the same, then the running cost gap
gets even wider, saving you even more on running costs, you
could say savings are index-linked, saving you more when the
cost goes up and still making savings when the costs go down.

We bring samples to show
you and do a thorough measuring job following German calculation
criteria and ensure you are happy with the size, PRICE and
siting of your new heating.
We did at one time offer
a price list but it created more problems than it solved,
the information pack was GIGANTIC, just the colour chart alone
was pages long and customers were uncertain of the reasons
for choosing one type of control or heater, or colour over
another, also customers were uncertain about the correct sizing
of room to heater ratios.
It was difficult for us to
calculate heat losses of a room for customers over the phone
as customers had no heat monitoring sensors, and why should
they? For a one off heat calculation its not a device most
people have handy!
But then, having sent all
that additional information, customers still, quite rightly,
wanted to see the heaters for themselves first...
