THE SHORT ELTI GROWTH STORY...

From a very small start just in East Yorkshire, the growth and popularity of Elti Heating has been staggering until now there are several completely independent distributors in UK who are working with Germany direct. Even through the recession the popularity has soared and continues to grow...

Was it, is it, just a great product?

Whatever the reason, there are now THOUSANDS...

and thousands....

AND THOUSANDS... of installations and happy customers all over the UK, In England, Scotland, Ireland and Wales and it continues to grow in popularity.

In some ways though that growth shouldn't be a surprise because our manufacturer in Germany, a family business that has been established since 1946, have supplied heaters all over Europe, in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, France, Spain, Portugal, Italy and Slovenia. And since 1991, they tell us, not a single radiator, not one, has been returned faulty or for repair.

We weren't always called ELTI, in 2009 after confusion with companies of a similar sounding name to our old one, we changed our name to ELTI which avoided this confusion.

Each heater is individually hand build from flat steel, our German manufacturers

cut it,

bend it,

shape it,

kiln bake the finish,

make the feet,

the castors,

even for the stones inside, we make the elements ourselves, lay them inside each block, then each block is allowed to run for three hours before it even leaves Germany. Then the final check is when it is delivered right to your home.

This means we know our heaters inside-out, which is great for you because as you read above, they tell us that since 1991, not a single heater has been returned faulty or for repair

Look at this letter from a customer who tried similar radiators before installing ours, by the way we have taken the name of the company out but this original letter has been shown to the local authorities:

Dear Hans,
Just a line to let you know how pleased I am with the performance of the radiators I bought from you. They lived up to your promises, the house is warm and the running cost is less than I would have been spending on coal at this time of year without the hassle and dirt of a coal fire. Although I was reasonably happy with the "SIMILAR Company" radiators I had before your Radiators, your heaters are definitely superior in every way.

And how about this one...

A customer called us recently (Feb 2012). In the last five years we have not had to worry about frozen pipes, leaks and we have saved a small fortune in servicing cost on the boiler we don't have. When my husband decided to to go all electric I really did have my doubts but its one of the best things we have ever done.... What a glowing appraisal?

But I said a few sentences back, "it shouldn't maybe be a surprise about the growth in UK".

Why?

Because these heaters are, have been, and still are, continuously popular in Germany where they originate. However, from this small family business as we said earlier, heaters have been sent out for homes and offices in:

Germany, Austria, Switzerland, France, Spain, Portugal, Italy and Slovenia.

So realistically with the sort of temperatures they have to deal with in central Europe, why shouldn't they be just as successful and popular in UK, which they increasingly are...

Phew! What a great story. Gee, we even get enquiries from America, Australia and South Africa, Romania and maybe some I can't remember.

However, back home now to UK and the growth in UK has been absolutely staggering, we have supplied heating for homes and offices, for extensions, for conservatories, for churches and village halls, for hotels, for spare rooms, even to Lords and Ladies in one stately Yorkshire estate.

Who switches to Eli heating?
We have customers who have taken out their central heating with Gas, Oil, or LPG and had our heating in preference, customers who have switched from economy seven and solid fuel to our heating.

Customers who will have it in their new property, in preference to any other form of heating and from a personal perspective, I honestly believe this is the best heating in the world! Do I have them in my home? Only eight of them.

Wow! All this growth has meant we needed to make a few changes...

What changed in 2010 is that with the growth and popularity of Elti Heating and the expanding distributor network, distributors now get their orders direct from Germany making the service even quicker for you. Please speak to your local distributor direct.
